This is a great book! My librarian read this to my class. If you like to read silly poems with silly pictures, I highly recommend this book. Sijo poems are like a whole new way of writing poems.

Pale Male is about a hawk living in New York. But the people in New York don’t want him living there. I think this is a good book for anyone who loves a heartwarming hawk story. I liked this book very much. It was excellent story for 4th and 5th graders.
